      Software upgrade

      How to do a software upgrade correctly

      Follow the steps below to correctly upgrade your Zivid camera.  If you're installing the Zivid software for the first time, start at Step 3.

      1. Navigate to the Control Panel, uninstall Zivid Studio and TeliCamSDK
      2. Reboot your PC
      3. Go to https://zivid.com/support/software and download the latest installer from the Zivid Setup file. 
      4. Check the option to install camera drivers (if camera drivers are already available on your PC, you do not need to check this again)
      5. Reboot your PC
